we've created The Great Canadian Ab Workout.
An awesome workout targeting the midsection in less than two minutes!
This quick and effective ab blast requires no equipment and is for all levels of fitness.

Before You Start
- Set your time for 1:57.
- Do as many rounds as you can in the allotted time.
- Follow the pattern below.
The Moves
1 - "Oh Canada Plank Hold" (say Oh Canada 10 times slowly).
5 - Bicycle Crunches. Do five in total.
7 - Pilates roll ups. (To do a Pilates roll-up, lie on your back with legs straight. Slowly lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the mat, rolling up one vertebra at a time until you're sitting tall with arms reaching forward.)
Repeat for a total of 1:57. Abs done in less than two minutes!
