Spring Challenge 2024 Prize Gallery

Submissions are due for in-person and online, Tues. Apr. 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM to [email protected], subject line: Spring Challenge 2024.

Goal-Crusher Prize Pack (We choose two winners!)

You've crushed your workout goals, shed inches, and feel amazing. This prize pack will be awarded to the two recipients who experience an incredible transformation over the six-week period, including body-mind and spirit.

To be eligible for this prize, you will need to submit a copy of the following completed training tasks: (All tools can be found inside your portal under Spring Challenge 2024)

✅ workout tracker showing completed workouts

✅ BN foundation's checklist

✅ first page of your BN journal that shows your measurements, goal, limiting belief, and mantra

✅ one page of your Spring Challenge 2024 nutrition tracker.

✅ a short video reflection on your journey (or written if you feel more comfortable) and photos.

Our BUFFnation team of instructors will select two winners who will be awarded the Goal-Crusher Prize pack of healthy, amazing goodies!

You'll win:
